By accessing or using PassMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

PassMate is an AI-powered exam preparation platform for Nigerian students and professionals. We currently offer preparation for the NMCN (Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria) licensing examination.

3. Access and Payment

  • Access to PassMate requires a one-time payment of ₦3,000 (subject to change)
  • Payment is processed securely by Paystack
  • Access is lifetime — no recurring charges
  • Access is tied to your email address and is non-transferable
  • After payment, your access link is sent to your registered email address

4. Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of the service, all payments are non-refundable once access has been granted
  • If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us at hello@passmate.ng within 7 days of payment

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your access credentials with others
  • Use PassMate for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our content
  • Use automated tools to interact with the service
  • Reproduce or distribute PassMate content without permission

6. Intellectual Property

  • All PassMate content, including AI-generated responses and past question compilations, is owned by PassMate
  • Past examination questions are sourced from publicly available materials and used for educational purposes
  • You may use content for personal study only

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • PassMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee that using PassMate will result in passing any examination
  • AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors — always verify critical information with official sources
  • Past questions are compiled from available materials and may not represent current examination formats

8. Limitation of Liability

PassMate's liability is limited to the amount paid for access. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of PassMate after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
